About the project

Designed in-house HRIS and internal tools replacing third-party systems for time, payroll, benefits, and leave management.

Amazon teams were using multiple third-party tools to manage employee operations such as time tracking, scheduling, payroll, benefits, and leave. These systems lacked consistency and scalability across internal workflows.

Problem

Fragmented tools. Complex workflows. Poor internal usability at scale.Amazon needed a unified, in-house HR ecosystem designed specifically for internal operations.

Solution

We designed and shipped in-house HRIS and internal tools that consolidated critical HR workflows into a single, consistent experience — optimized for large internal teams.
